5. Orders and Fulfilment Instructions
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete order information, shipping labels, packing instructions and any other information reasonably required to fulfil an order.
LuxFlow is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by the client or their systems.
6. Stock and Inventory
Clients should provide accurate details about stock delivered to LuxFlow.
We may inspect deliveries and record quantities received where reasonably necessary.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that products supplied to LuxFlow are lawful, safe and suitable for storage, handling and dispatch.
7. Prohibited and Restricted Items
You must not send LuxFlow goods that are illegal, dangerous, hazardous or otherwise unsuitable for normal fulfilment operations unless LuxFlow has expressly agreed in writing to handle them.
LuxFlow may refuse or suspend handling of goods that we reasonably believe create a safety, legal or operational risk.
8. Packaging and Shipping
Orders will be packed and prepared according to agreed service requirements and the information available to LuxFlow.
